Then raise your head and upper body unless and until your stomach comes into the play. Put your right leg over the left knee and repeat this exercise for at least 30 to 100 times. This will build your upper abdominal muscles.
3. Yoga is really one of the exercises which is really quiet popular among most of the citizens around the world. And yes, I too would appreciate if you do various exercises related to the yoga. Various exercises like Sirsaasan are quiet helpful in reducing fat from the body.
4. Women do not like to have bulky muscles like men. They want to have sleek well defined muscles. Hence with the help of light exercises as well they can tone their muscles to the limit which makes them look gorgeous.
5. Bicycle crunch is another best exercise for the women. This helps in strengthening both upper abdomen as well as the lower abdomen muscles. However you need not need to move fast. In fact you will have to concentrate on your abs.
6. Swimming is another good exercise. It reduces the fat to maximum extent. And I feel that you will definitely be able to produce the great abs with the help of some of the above exercises in addition to swimming.Keep all these in mind and you will definitely be able to tone your abs.
